Yeah, I can't imagine running from bears, aligators, fire ants, killer bees, falling air plane parts, sharks, giant hybrid snakes AND running uphill.

    Ken: December, 2009

Walk into restaurant. Order beer and an appetizer. Empty bread basket - let no pat of butter go to waste. Order chowder or French onion soup, and a salad with extra blue cheese dressing. For the main course, a 24 oz. prime rib (medium rare) with fries, asparagus, and a side of mushrooms sauteed in butter with a second beer. Eat every scrap of food on the plate. Lick plate when nobody is watching. For dessert, crème brûlée with an espresso and a snifter of B&B.

Stop for a snack on the way home. Maybe a couple of those Drakes apple pies.......

    Ken: February, 2010

Walk into restaurant. Order a small salad with a splash of oil and vinegar. Send the bread basket over to the other side of the table. For main course, a 12 oz. prime rib (still medium rare) with a baked potato (no butter or sour cream) and butternut squash. Drink water with meal. Eat half of prime rib and actually feel full - have other half packed up to go home. Skip coffee, dessert, and drink.

Go straight home without stopping for snack. Let dogs share rest of prime rib.

Ever eat sweetened condensed milk? I ate this stuff, in addition to about 6 meals a day, to maintain my weight when I was working on a loading dock during the day and attending law school at night. Just click on the can in the middle.

    Ever eat sweetened condensed milk?
eat it? only in the form of fudge. i used to drink it in my coffee a lot, when i didn't have proper refrigeration.

i got some work recently, and the first thing i did was to stockpile flour, beans, rolled oats, rice and buy some whole milk and half and half. i had lost 10lb in the last 6 months, owing to an involuntary low calorie, low protein, low fat diet. i feel waaaay better now.

I just had some bacon.....on buttered toast.
You know....put 3 or 4 pieces of bacon on a piece of buttered toast, fold it over and eat.
    Repeat as needed.
(In my case, I only had about .......four.)

I was thinking about some sausage gravy, over bisquits, but when I go back from 7-11 (getting newspaper and coffee), my other half had already started cooking bacon.

I'm not real smart, but I knew better than to ask for something different.

Yep, them's the ones. I've got a jumbo box in the kitchen that I bought around December. Wonder if the birds will eat 'em?

Oh.... I forgot to tell y'all!
Yesterday, I made some of those brownies, with the bacon and cheesecake.
Not as good a combo, as I had hoped for. I think I'd rather have regular brownies.
