    Default Finnish Nature Pictures.

    Ok, these are not my pictures, but they all are freely available from different online locations. Please don't use them to any commercial purposes. IE. You can watch but not touch.

    Beautiful pictures! You know, Minnesota boasts they are the "land of a thousand lakes". Finland has nearly 188,000 lakes. That's a LOT of water!!

    That's why Finland boasts that we are "land of a thousand lakes"... Of, you got me started. I'll have to mention one other thing too. The Archipelago Sea: "By some definitions it is the largest archipelago in the world by the number of islands." Muahaha!!! Beat that you Minnesotans!!!

    Hey! Just dug up an oldish You Tube clip, here you get to see some really nice pieces of Lapland's wilderness. AND laugh at Finnish artillery conscripts!!

    EDIT: Hey you former/active duty/national guard/reserve military guys. Give me your opinion about the stuff happening on that vid.
