You do realize that all Q.C. needs are the ingredients and equipment to test all of this information, right?

I think it should be a team effort. Everybody makes something different and sends their samples to QC.

Great! I'll have to show that one to the wife so she can get to work!
Keep in mind the problem may be extremely complicated, though the "Fix" is often simple...

Just don't let here read that post - or else I know what she will get to work on.

Nothin' wrong with encouraging her to try new things.....

If you tell her to get to work, I wouldn't be too quick about finishing that knife. Just sayin'......

That's one of my favorite sites. I don't know how many times I referred to it last fall. It really is excellent.

Nothin' to be sorry for. It's a good site. Good sites are always worth posting. Folks come and go so the newbies get to see it.

I didn't mean I referred to that site here. I just kept going to it when I was canning. That's what I meant by referring to it.

English is such an EASY language. Easy to misconstrue, easy to misinterpret.

I've already made strawberry jam, peach pie filling and now strawberry pie filling, raspberry jam and pie filling this weekend!

Oh and before QC is mentioned I am fully certified(or is that certifiable?) and they all passed!!

I've checked our records and it appears that your QC dues are not current. This being the case, it would be a violation of, um, er,......well Ken's the lawyer - he'll think of what it's a violation of.

You probably all know about this site too, but just thought I'd add it just in case.
