Default to anyone concerned, please read

With consideration to some of the recent responses I have made to a couple of other forum members, I must step up and take responsibility for my words.

I may not have out and out broken any of the forum rules (I may have) but if I didn't break them I certainly did bend them to a very fine straining point.

I have no wish to apologize for what I said to the people I said them to, if I could have spoken to them face to face, believe me I would have said far worse. I do, however, wish to apologize to those who come here to learn, teach, share, and enjoy. People who are logging in to read about wilderness survival do not deserve to have to wade through all of this crap.

To those with whom I have been exchanging this pathetic little war of words(full of sound and fury, signifying....nothing--Shakespeare) if you wish to continue with your pointless tirades I will at best point out where your behavior may require moderation from our moderator. This will of course include any derogatory comments about any ethnic groups and insults to those who have served in their country's military. To those of you who have had to tolerate this nonsense on all of our parts, I thank you for your grace and forbearance and can only say that I will not allow myself to stoop to that level in the future. To have bested a fool, it has been said, is to have accomplished nothing. I have determined that it is beneath me to qualify those statements with a response.
some fella confronted me the other day and asked "What's your problem?" So I told him, "I don't have a problem I am a problem"

No, I wasn't apologizing to you Otie, if you read carefully and get a grownup to help you with the big words, you'd know that.

Dido Trax, I mean for what you posted. I let a simple minded fool and imature boy drag me past simple banter and razing, so I to apoligize to those who had to read that mess. Not to Otay or Smok (I'll say the names) but to all the rest. And thank you Trax for saying what I couldn't.
    Beo,

Otay is no longer a member; not because of TRAX, but because of his(Otay's) very inappropriate posts to both Owl Girl & Beowulf. The latter regarding a link to a pornographic web-site and accusations so bad that if they'd been face-to-face there would have undoubtedly been fireworks. That last post I mentioned was so bad I deleted it as it has no place at all on a forum where youngsters visit as well as adults.

This forum is beginning to remind me of an old fashion rendezvous . Keep up the good work Sarge. Bet you never thought you would have so much fun when you took the job of a moderator, eh?
