I am still here... My attitude is slowly improving. With the help of lots (as in gallons) of strong black-as-mud coffee. Coffee is goooood.

Hang in there bud, dont let yourself down.My wife starts a prescription to quit smoking monday.$110.00 a month for 3 months.Forgot the name of the pills but they have worked for others we know when all else failed.I thought she had quit but caught her sneakin one.She just cried and cried. The things are worse than heroin.I think they should make pre rolled cigs illegal.Keep loose tobacco legal like prince albert.Take some of the ease out of it.If you gotta have one you gotta roll one,or get a pipe.
Only one smoke in three days. During the week while I'am working it's not too bad. The toughest times are driving to and from work and before I bed down.
I can't remember when I actually had my first smoke, but when I was about 9 or 10 years old my cousin and I were staying at grandmaws during the summer. We found grandpaws old golf clubs and decided we were going to give it a try. About half a mile down the road this guy had a homemade golf course in his pasture, maybe about five or six holes. So we grab the clubs and head on down the road. We get there and hack around a few holes, then the third hole you had to hit over a pond. Ball after ball went into little lake and we were running low on balls. We opened up all the pockets on the golf bag and what did we find? A pipe, a book of matches and a pouch of Red Man chewing tobacco that was at least five years old. You can probably figure out the rest of the story, we were two sick cousins.
A man full of grits is a man full of peace.
Chiggers - this may sound kind of weird, but you may want to try it. After work, just before you start your drive home, brush your teeth.
day 12...hanging in there. VERY grumpy.... Drinking lots and lots and lots of hightest coffee.

I dont see nothing wrong with coffee I guess because I am unable to get addicted to it.I only drink it in the winter and quit completely in the spring/summer.The mr.coffee gets taken off the counter and put up.
I grew up with the coffee flowing from sunup til the last person to bed shut the pot off for the night. It is my comfort food.Well, that and baking powder biscuits...
