    Hey, I'm new here and I'm pretty sure no one will read this, but you never know right? Anyways, yesterday I bought the SAS Survival Handbook from the famed John "Lofty" Wiseman and I was instantly hooked. Not only is the book insightful, there is a small forest right next to my apartment where I could go and try some of these things for fun and experimentation!

    (Of course I won't do anything suicidal and plan to be at my up most in safety precautions)

    I stumbled here looking into Beta Lights. It turns out that their hard to get here in the U.S. but maybe somehow I can accommodate with a small LED??? I'm just basically starting out with all this "survival stuff" and I'm trying to make myself a mini-survival kit.

    I'm sure you'll like it here. You have probably already used it, but there is a "search" function at the top of the screem, it is very useful. If you have a question, chances are its been asked already. If not, ask away buddy!
