to be a local here, you had to have been beaten up in the school yd at least 6 times so you already have a dislike for people,be able to shave your head and walk around like the monkeys on Planet of the apes. be fat enough so you can pull the steering wheel off the car at least once a yr while pulling yourself in.
troopers need an AS degree in CJ and spend a yr at the academy, they're usually more professional and don't need to make a lot of noise to get respect.

Maybe once upon becoming an officer he'll start believing in all that reptoid conspiracy crap!

I live in Genesee County and I know a lot of law enforcement. Including Deputies. I have no issues with them. Maybe you are just one of those people?

WTF? is that supposed to mean........."One of those people?" I live in Ottawa but have friends in Genessee CTY and none are criminals. By "one of those people" are you refering to a criminal? Are you insinuating that I'm a bad person? Hardly! I'm a person that believes in human rights. I believe that a person only gets respect if he/she is worthy of respect and has earned it. Are you are "one of those sheeple" that like to kiss cop butt? Okay, now don't make assumptions by calling me "one of those people" and I won't make assumptions that you are a sheep. I had cops do some very bad things to me and my family very recently and the sherriffs dept is lucky I'm not sitting atop of a list called the "Wealthiest People in Michigan".

I agree respect should be earned, however, some jobs, positions, etc. automatically should be respected. At least until they do something wrong but even then it should be on an individual basis. If one or two cops did something wrong, that doesn't mean all cops are bad. Regulation is needed everywhere and without those who serve in these capacities this world would be a scary place.
