May 03-10 : McCormick Tract Wilderness Area Hiking Trip

7-day backcountry excursion to the roadless McCormick Tract Wilderness Area located NW of Marquette, MI in the Upper Peninsula. Hope to follow the old Cyrus McCormick overgrown estate trail to see some of the historical sites (artesian wells, fortress bluff, etc) and then hoof it north into the Yellowdog Plains OR NW into more wilderness area.
