I just found another product called vectra 3d. It doesnt have the same tracking agent as the others. It is deadly to cats though. I'm weighing the odds

I'm not sure about reactions, but when it comes to effectiveness, I get more flea jobs from people that change to Frontline or Advantix. Advantage seems to be a more effective product. It is a little more expensive, but if your buy the dosage for larger dogs, you can get two or three treatments out of one tube. If it works, there's a site (1800petmeds) that you might be able to pick it up for a little less.

Well, the vet doesnt think that secondary contact will harm the cat so I will give Vectra a try and see how it works. I'll dig a cat shaped hole...just in case!

The dog and I are happy with Frontline. I found by ordering that or any pet meds I get a supply from Australia and save $$$$. Same stuff, been doing it for years.
