But they are from such a depressed nation, we should be happy they went AWOL and are living here. After all they are just trying to make a better life for themselves.-end sarcasm

Honestly though, why is the news so upset about 17 illegals loose in the country when they are building an express lane for illegals on the Mexican border. Being Afghans doesn't make them a threat and neither does the CAC card. Lots of people have CAC cards and you don't even need one to get on most bases. I am sure anybody with Afghani Army on there CAC is going to get looked at a little bit extra before being allowed to enter a base. The way the article is written, it implies they are a threat to our nation. I would say the 100s of interpreters we grant visa's to after working for the US pose a bigger threat than some pilot recruits. Thanks for the link.
