    I think that the site I'm going to order from seems like the best one so far. Their tarps are lightweight(12.oz for a 6x8 Olive green tarp) And their cheap.

    Well, here is one for $27 that is around 11 oz

    Coated Nylon

    And here is one for $60 that is 9.2 oz

    Silnylon

    I still think you should go with nothing smaller than an 8X10, but its your choice, and it is you sitting under it in a storm. And, I don't know the rest of your sleep setup. Good luck.
