Lets try again for a meet and greet in north east Florida.
I was thinking of the Fla trail through
Ocala N.F. Starting at juniper springs going north to Salt springs.
That is from 5 to 8 miles miles. Depending on how many side trails we take or what ever exploring we might do. This will be a two day camping trip. Bringing your own
food, water, shelter, sleeping bag and what ever you might need. We will meet at juniper springs camp ground on fri.afternoon or night and camp there fri. night. Sat. we will start up the trail brite and early saturday morning and camp sat night at hopkins prairie.
Sunday we'll head into salt springs by early afternoon.
This is a easy section of the trail and could be done in one day if need be.
