Talked to Dustin today, and he seems to be feeling a little better his colar bone is not as painful his neck is not hurting, but his back is still giving him some fits, and he does not like wearing the brace they have him in.
He has quite a few doctor appointments coming up as well as physical therapy, and they have also referred him to a psychologist, which he didn't understand,LOL,here is a couple of pics of the lucky little brat, the first one is before the wreck, the second is the big scar on his head, and the third one shows where they repaired his neck.he was a little upset after the surgery, because they didn't tell him they would be doing the surgery through the front of his neck.

Happy to hear your brother is doing better. No matter how tough somebody is, if someone has a very serious accident it has to affect them, so I think psychologist is a good idea.

Man! I missed all of this. So glad that he survived the ordeal and is doing better. Having three vertebrae fused is going to limiting. No way around that. Been down that road.

They typically go in the front. It's just easier access. Tell him they could have cut through all the muscles in the back of the neck and then he could deal with that, too.

I'll add him to the prayer list. Hope his recovery continues to be strong and he gets through this mess sooner than later.
