People who have allergies and asthma are usually low in magnesium. Magnesium was used long before today's drugs, but got pushed out of the way when new drugs started coming on the scene. Magnesium is cheap, its a mineral, and needed by just about everything in your body to make it work well. Just google magnesium and allergies and you'll find a wealth of info.

be very careful playing around with tourniquets; you can do more damage than good if you don't know what you are doing and cut off or restrict blood flow. I am a certified tech and we were taught only use them as an extreme measure . . .

I got allergy tested the other day which was the first time since the 80's. I'm going to start getting allergy shots again. For a while, only cats bothered me, but now I'm apparently allergic to all grass pollens, most tree pollens, and outdoor molds.
