Honeymoon help

My fiance' and I are planning on going to Alaska for our honeymoon next summer and I am having trouble with the planning of this. I am wondering if those of you who are Alakans or who have been there could help me decide what the best places to go might be, or where we might go to get the best bang for our buck. A little side note. I am the type of person that doesn't need a hotel or a campground to be happy, the fiance' on the other hand want to be able to retire to a warm bed and a hotel with a pool at the end of the day. I have been looking at Denali and other places like that, but I would like some first hand to know from peole with first hand knowledge of where are the best places to go. While you may not need the bed or the pool, it will certainly be nice to have on your honeymoon. Just my 2 cents. Whatever you do, I'm sure you'll have the time of your life!

May I suggest that you do a web search for <Alaska convention and visitors bureau>.

Some very popular things to do are;

Kenai fiord's glacier tour
visiting Talkeetna
Denali National Park
white water rafting on a couple rivers within driving distance of Anchorage
Jet boat tours in Girdwood, Knik and Talkeetna
ATV tours: Bird creek, Knik, Denali and a place over by Valdez. I can't remember to name
Bear viewing at Katmai
Halibut fishing charters from Homer, Seward and Whittier
Flight seeing out of Anchorage
Glacier dog mushing tours
