Manual Food Sealer???

The other day, on one of the threads, I saw a reference to a manual food sealer. Did I read that right?? I've looked for the thread since then and can't seem to find it. Grrrr!!! I'm assuming it's something like a "Food Saver" type item but non-electric. Does anyone know anything about this and where I might find one?? Thank you!!!

They are just a battery powered deal that you can use to reseal bags like chips. It has an element that gets hot and melts the bag to seal it. You run it across the bag like you were closing a ziplic. They are, meh. Never been impressed with them myself.
