    Default Survival Books

Ok, Im 99% positive this has been done before but if people would list good survival books here and why they liked it. Also if you know the cost or where you bought it that would be helpful.

I will start off, I like my rnge survivlal handbook because it gives you a simple basic of trapping, making nets, spears, , knives, mountainering, knots, shelters. Also it has a list of useful ambushing tactics if you should so need them.

I also have a question, I have seen the SAS survival handbook if anyone has that please tell me what exactly it has that may add on to my Ranger book.

    Cool Uh, Proud....

Okay, this bugs me, as you probably already know. We don't need another thread on "Survival Books", we need you to do your homework. Click on "Survival Info" Forum and also check the Blog site as I've just added something there just recently, not to mention at least one other Blog by another/other member(s) on Survival Book reviews. There is also plenty on here about the SAS Survival book. I'm really surprised at you; you need to do your homework instead of trying to get everybody to repeat themselves all over again.

Don't apologize, just do your homework! You want to be a Ranger? I'm not going to pretend I know what all they go through, but I can guess they'll make you work for want you want & need! BTW, Army Ranger Rick has been showing up from time to time so be ready. That goes out to Vampire Ranger too.

Just an afterthought, instead of people trying to get a repeat on posted material why not ask a question thusly: (using the Survival Books as an example.) "Does anyone know if there's ever been a list posted about Survival Books, and more specifically, the SAS Survival Handbook?" That way you could be led to the right threads/posts/Blogs.

You want to know what he said? Well here's how you find out: You look up his name: "Army Ranger Rick", then click on his name & go to his personal profile. Then you click on "show all statistics" & click on "All posts by Army Ranger Rick." There's only 12 of them. C,mon Proud, do some searchin', okay?

BTW: Here's some info about that SAS book you were asking about:

    http://www.wilderness-survival.net/f...Survival+Books.

From here on out your on your own!
