    That's the big question. We probably all can skin a deer but how to fix a duck. You can skin one or the old boiling water over the duck and pluck method. Skinning you don't worry about pinfeathers, hot water on a duck clears your sinus. I don't care for duck, but if I must I would carefully skin it. Have even taken a burning newspaper after plucking and tried to burn everything off, didn't work.
