Default Be careful in OKLAHOMA CITY

In my opinion, I think it was the added cheese on this sandwich that triggered this attack. What traditionalist can tolerate cheese on a bologna and mayonaise sandwich?

Police: Man attacked in Okla. for bologna sandwich
Thu Jun 18, 3:08 pm ET
OKLAHOMA CITY – A man in Oklahoma City said he was attacked for his bologna and cheese sandwich. Police say 24-year-old Roger Hamilton told them he was sitting on a bus station bench Wednesday, about to put mayonnaise on his sandwich, when another man began staring at him.
Hamilton told police that the man then punched him in the mouth and grabbed his sandwich and left.
Police said Hamilton has a swollen lip and his face was covered in blood. The police report listed the value of the sandwich at 76 cents.
Police have not found the attacker.

Well there you go. No one in their right mind eats chicken bologna. And salad dressing? He obviously had it coming.

Next thing you know, the guy that had the sandwich stolen will get sued by the thief. Think of all the mental anguish that the chicken meat balogna and salad dressing caused. KEN!

First question: What kind of cheese was on the sandwich?

CHICKEN bologna? Let's start by compiling a list of Defendants.

First, there's the guy who slammed his face into my guy's fist and then shoved that sandwich in his hand.

Second, we have to find out who made that sandwich…..

(That bus station clearly failed to protect my client. Bus stations are notorious crime venues, so there was clearly notice and a duty of care that was negligently breached.) So additional defendants would be….

Third, the owner of the bus station; and

Fourth, the lessor/operator of the bus station (usually not the owner); and

Fifth, the various bus companies who operate out of that station.

(Now, that bench that the aggressor was sitting on – the guy most likely had gotten a splinter stuck in his @ss, causing him to act so violently, so we can add)

Sixth, the manufacturer of the bench; and

Seventh, the designer of the bench; and

Eighth, the retailer of the bench; and

Ninth, the installer of the bench; and

Tenth, the wholesaler of the bench; and

Eleventh, the distributor of the bench; and

Twelfth, the supplier of the defective lumber used to make the bench; and

Thirteenth, the grower of the defective lumber; and

Fourteenth, the company that cut down that defective tree in the first place; and

Fifteenth, the landowner where the defective tree was grown and harvested; and

Sixteenth – One-Hundred and Twenty-fifth, every company involved in manufacturing the paint, stain, or other defective coating used to cover that defective wood, that would be about 100 entities or so; and

One Hundred and Twenty-sixth – Two-Hundred and Forty-fifth, every company that had anything to do with my clients shoes before they landed on his feet. If those shoes had been any good, my client could have run away before he got injured; and

About 200+ other companies that had anything to do with supplying products used to manufacture the bologna, bread, dressing, and cheese used to make that sandwich, or involved in making, distributing, warehousing, retailing, or manufacturing those defective products…..

Give me a while, and I’ll come up with another 55 or more defendant’s…..

So, we have at least 500 defendants who negligently or intentionally contributed to my client’s serious, disabling, and permanent physical and emotional injuries and attendant losses.

500 Defendants. Say that each is willing to pay nuisance value of $10,000.00, a mere pittance compared to the tremendous costs of protracted litigation……..

    *does a bit of quick multiplication - - - - - 500 x $10,000.00 = $5,000.000.00*

THE CASE IS EASILY WORTH FIVE MILLION DOLLARS, and that amount won’t even begin to cover my client’s losses……….

Anybody get the name of the poor guy who ended up with that sandwich??????

Without a doubt. Use of a "cheese product" is clearly evidence of violent and malicious intent. I'm surprised the guy wasn't packing a salad with imitation bacon bits on top.
