    Default Bugs in the woods?

    My crew has prepared for the bugs,ticks(Lyme disease) with meds-Doxycycline 100 mg- twice a day,wood roaches that live in the ceder trees and fly,there big old buggers,We have snake chaps and a few snake kits, Ants- just use liquid soap.The bee's not, so worried as they will be helpful.Squirrel-we will eat them as well as Raccoons.Rat's-We have some big ones here-Moth balls(I can eat a lot of things in the wild but I have to draw the line on rats!)
    Any one else have any bug ideas?

    My grand folks used to dowse for salt to ,the seen there parents do it during the Civil War,but you got to know what plants to look for and have the pipes and pump to grt thr brain water out so it can be cooked down and leave the salt.my crew had been gathering salt
    9from the $ store to put into out chash.

    Hay Crash, ant you afraid of some of the bugs getting into you sleeping bag? My girls were the first thing on their list when we started out project bug out,they were like were NOT going to live with the bugs so we planed for it,some of my girls are tom boys and a few are the fu fu kind.

    The only bugs round here that cause me grief are red imported fire ants. Crash probably knows what kind of misery they can deal a fella.

    We got them buggers here to,just pore liquid soap over them then water ,it will kill em
    We also have then dang big red and black cow ants,so you have to give them a real hard stomping.

    I got this from a Akita breeder I know's web site. Have never used it, so YMMV.

    Blend six cloves of crushed garlic, one minced onion, one tablespoon dried hot pepper and one teaspoon pure soap in four quarts of hot water.

    Let it sit for a day or two. Strain before using. Fill a spray bottle and apply this solution around your "No Fly Zone."
