Flooding in the Pacific Northwest

Heavy snow melt off from pineapple express. evacuation in the town of Snoqualmie a few miles down the road.

I used to do a lot of skiing in that area when I lived there (Snoqualmie Pass).

Tacticalguy, I have a daughter in Bremerton who I have not been able to contact and am a little worried. Do you know how things are there? Thanks

Bremerton is on the opposite side of Puget Sound from the Cascade Mountains (where Snoqualmie is located) and not all that close to the Olympic Mountains, so I doubt the flooding would have an affect on the area.

Thank you crashdive and nell. I still havent heard from daughter but not too worried now I know flooding is not bad in bremerton. She works crazy hours at hospital and sometimes has no time for internet. Thank you for your help and concern. Hardest thing about living overseas is worrying about family es[ecially when you cannot talk to them.
