Proposal: Making TITANIUM equipment

I can say with reasonable certainty, that if I followed the directions or video, there would be nothing affordable about the outcome.
That's an interesting experiment. The only problem I see is, what are you supposed to do with the titanium once you've made it? Titanium has a melting point of roughly 3000 degrees F, so it is not going to be that easy to work with. You only get 18 grams of titanium per 100 grams of reactants, and it's embedded within a huge puddle of slag. It also says that it is extremely brittle due to the presence of oxygen while cooling so it's not really going to be worth using for anything.
But, like I said it does look like an interesting experiment and would be a cool fireworks display.

Titanium wouldn’t make the best knife anyway, it’s a great metal for withstanding corrosion, so great for dive knives, but it is a much softer metal then steel, so it won’t hold an edge nearly as well.

Yeah I have seen more and more titanium at camping/hunting stores selling it as the flavor of the week but I have read many reviews online that it still can't beat other knifes even in the departments titanium is popular for.
cromium/validium, seems light but i have no idea what its good for other than wrenches

There is a reason why you will only find titanium knives in a dive shop and not in an outdoor store. Making pots and pans is generally outside of DIY. You either need a press or a labor intensive lathe for rolling. Making titanium might be easy, but making something out of titanium isn't.
