question about solar lights

I recharged the battery now I'm going to pull it down a couple of hours and see if the solar charger can keep up once the battery is fully charged.

Hi... Solar power to re-charge batteries to operate 12 volt LED lights work great (I have this system as a back-up). I would suggest a large (133 watt) solar panel and charge controller. The size is often considered "over-kill" as a battery charger system but the theory is that the over-sized panel will produce more than enough power under minimal sunlight conditions than a "just the right size" panel. Mine has been operational for over 10 years and never regretted buying the over-sized panel. Mike
