You need to check Realtors in those areas......Keep in mind cheap land is cheap for a reason.

Hello and welcome. There is cheap land out there right now. It might not be primo, but some of it is pretty good. My wife and I just sold a 54 acre tract for 30K for my MIL. The guy that bought it is moving a few cows on to it to keep the taxes down (gets it classified as grazing land) until he is ready to build.
