Whatever you do, don't come to Utah. Land is expensive, and the place is filled with crazy people. Plus, there isn't any Blue Bell, and I have to order Rudy's BBQ sauce online. There are also no fire ants, or killer bees, or coral snakes, or even humidity. Who would want that? Mountains are overrated anyways. You are either walking up them, or down them, and you have to deal with high altitude stuff. Utah also has this thing called BLM and National Forests. You don't want to know what those are. Don't worry, Texas doesn't have any of that doo-doo. So...move to Texas, not Utah.
