I plan on trying to making a couple of spoons and possibly bowls. Which would you think would be the easiest to use as a newbie or would you go ahead and get both? Also, because of the curve, I'm guessing there isn't a specialized sheath for them so how would you store them. I don't have a shop or shelves to store them, so most of my knives get sheathed and laid in a bag. And when it come time to sharpen the edges, what would you use, a dowel rod with sandpaper?
