    i have used several of the recipes on this site the past.

    i thought myabe some of you would find someting youd like to try.

    the barbequed coon and beaver stew recipes are exceptional,imo.

    i would never try any of the snake recipes, EVER!

    Man my favorites list sure has grown since I joined this forum, thanks TrappinGal and my thinkin'....never say never cuz ya never know....

    I've made the Rattlesnake Lupinaci. But I make some substitutes, I use a large Vidalia onion and I use Shiitake mushrooms. I also serve it over wild rice.... YUMMY
