    ABSOLUTLY agree, and I feel sorry for those that volunteered, they REALLY need to be better educated than to fall for such a scheme! I guess its the dumbing down of 'Murica at it's best!

    Sure, with a search warrant issued by a judge based upon probabe cause, describing the person and places to be searched and what items are to be seized.

    From what I hear, the only thing taught in schools these days are whats on the states tests so all the students pass which allows the schools to get more state money !

    One room. Had to walk in the snow uphill both ways with no shoes summer and winter. I had to work in the mines 20 hours a day for a half cent an hour plus 6 hours for farm chores and 6 hours for school. Days were longer back then. We had to save up just to afford Daylight Savings Time.

    Yes, but it was before the American Legal System which is the real reason Rick didn't learn it!
