Remember the wildfire in Yellowstone, 1988, (I spent almost 4 weeks out there). The fires long term affect has been good. I just hate the people losing their property and the millions of tax payers dollars the it cost to corral it till it rains. If they would increase control burning they would have areas to run it into.

The news media out in Arizona (I just got back from out there) was saying the canyon where the fire started didn't have a water source needed to grow illegals.
I still don't buy the hunter theory either.

IMHO, all info considered, this was a negligent, illegal fire (don't give a flying fling who started it) and the culprit should be raked over the still burning coals.
