cherry tomato-esque plant identification request...

Hello I found a berry bush that I would like to know the identification of. I live in central Ohio and I was checking on some pawpaw trees in the forest today when I stumbled upon an interesting small bush that had green through yellow to red berries that were similar in appearance to that of a cherry tomato. But they are very small; no bigger than a raisin. Each berry droops down on a vine like cluster and the leaves were very peculiar; they have 3 lobes that conjoin close enough to the midrib to be mistaken for separate leaves and each lobe has a smooth margin and one large central leaf that juts out with 2 smaller lobs poking out at base of leaf. The color of the leaves are a darker green.

Toxicity

Although this is not the same plant as deadly nightshade or belladonna (an uncommon and extremely poisonous plant), bittersweet nightshade is somewhat poisonous and has caused loss of livestock and pet poisoning and, more rarely, sickness and even death in children who have eaten the berries. Fortunately, bittersweet nightshade has a strong, unpleasant odor, so most animals will avoid it, and poisonings from this plant are not very frequent.

The general rule we hold down here in Texas, is:
If it's a red berry and you're not dead sure what it is, don't eat it. It's a coin toss whether it's toxic one way or another.
and
If it's a white berry, don't eat it, period. (There is some imported white-berry sumac from Japan, but most of us will never see that one)
