I have been working for a while now digging this Non NBC shelter at a "Secret Location"out in Farm country
In Orangeburg SC
and I figured I would share it here on this forum since I am a new member

That's awesome. I don't think I could dig a hole like that by myself.
if it was in his backyard he could say he was digging a hole for a swimming pool of a fish pond
nah, that wouldn't work. you have to be permitted unless he's so isolated he has no neighbors.
That's a huge hole to dig by hand. Says a lot about a man that will take on a project like that these days.
