No Fannie, No Freddy
Finally, we are starting to move in the right direction.
I see most things like a clock pendulum. It swings one way then, because of the results, it swings back the other way. Safety is a good example. We drill safety into employees' minds and when accidents stop happening the training stops and the pendulum starts sliding back to accidents until training has to be started again. Back and forth.
Finance is the same way. It just takes longer for the pendulum to swing.
