Default New Smash and Grab Gang Strikes

Crime is rampant in many areas. There's a new gang out there that we all have to worry about. http://www.cnn.com/video/#/video/us/...in.donuts.wtnh

See? see? And you guys told me it would be poaching or immoral.... Deer in the city are a menace! Now where did I put my bow?

I would love to see that in my yard. I would have to invite them in for dinner.

I know that several people living in Fossil Oregon have gardens that are surrounded by 8 ft. tall fences due to the fact that they have a whole heard of deer in town, permanently.

Deer, is that human taking our picture?
Yes, deer, I think he is.
    Shouldn't we do something?
    (grin) Let's moon him.

as more people move into the suburbs and take over deer's habitat there are going to be more deer. We need to have higher bag limits =). Especially because there arent many natural predators here.

50yrs ago around here everyone had a few stands of bees, quail were plentiful. Now deer are pests, bear raid trash cans, coyotes all around, rattlesnakes plentiful, turkeys-counted 50+ behind the house but haven't seen a bee or quail in 20yrs. Things are going backwards and we sure ain't over populated.

The problem in Oregon is that the state needs to let the hunters shoot the deer.... result less population to worry about.. One of those caused $3400.00 damage to a pickup I had once..

I went two or three years with no honey bees and then they were back last year. It was really nice to see them. I have all sorts of bees and wasps in my yard because of the garden and all the flowers. Plenty of spiders in the garden, too. Diverse ecosystem. That happens when no pesticides are used.

Did you notice their expression. They sort of had that "deer in the headlights" look.

Sorry I didn't get back to you. Have been looking through a travel guide to Italy with a young lad from down the block. He saw pictures of the canals and asked in amazement where they were. My response....Venice, son.
