    Default Milk Crates......

Doing some cleaning in the back of the truck sorting out the milk crate I keep right at the back or important stuff handy.
Flash lights wd-40, trailer hitch stuff, ratchet straps gloves, all sorts of stuff......

I have taken to using those short bungees to attach duct tape, electricians tape to the outside....and got to thinking...I wonder if there is such a thing as a Milk Crate Buddy, ......kinda like the Bucket Buddy.

Did find a few but either are "Out Off Stock" or a lot of bucks......Too bad, looks like they wouldn't fall over as bad as buckets.

Anyway, did find a page or images....and had to laugh....they are being used and not talked about, for so many things.
Check it out....maybe get some ideas.

I use then for packing BO supplies.....or just the stuff going back and forth to "The Place", camping, tools....
    Transporting propane 20# tanks
    Four wheeler racks
    Step stool
    Modular shelving.

and of course the back of the truck and trailer.

I'm sure most everyone uses them as well.....so if you have a cool use please post....

Been known to place a case of beer in one...... tie it off in the river....kinda a primitive cooler

My dear friend was a tinknocker/heat guy. Old age snuck up on him and he needed to be comfortable when working on a furnace. He took a milk crate and added casters on the bottom and a padded lid with hinges. He would sit on that and work on furnaces. I giggled then but not so much giggling now.
so the definition of a criminal is someone who breaks the law and you want me to believe that somehow more laws make less criminals?

I carried a milk crate to use as a seat when splicing in a pedestal. Of course that only worked on level ground. Kinda tough when it was on a bank. That made it a rocker.

Use them to carry out my deer during hunting season, but my Alice pack will take that job this fall. Only pain is carrying to my tree stand in the fall. Milk crates in one hand and a bow in the other. I've used them as planters before for tomatoes but that was only temporary.

I used a milk crate for a car seat for two weeks until I could afford a new one. Got stopped at the gate for a random vehicle search at Dam Neck, VA. The marine just shook his head when I said.......I still have a seat belt so I'm good right?
