Default Great news and bad news

We have had an exciting last few days.

On Easter, I was visiting with my brother, and was riding around on his 4 wheeler with my kids. Until I rolled it on top of myself, trying to climb a hill that was too steep. My daughter was sitting behind me. After an ambulance ride, and some x-rays...nothing is broken. My daughter is doing great, with only scratches to show. I, however, really did a number on my back and neck. Mostly sore, and bruised muscles. I am guessing that I took all the force and protected her with my height. We were very lucky.

For the good news...meet Karalie. My wife was induced on the 21st (without me there...but her mom was with her). 5 lbs 10 oz. She should be home tonight. She is doing great as well.

3 girls now. That makes the universe balanced. 3 girls, 3 boys. I need a new gun now...one for every girl.

Congratulations! by all means get more guns, but really, use your loaf, just surgically attach a brother to each girl and give him the gun. Yep, that should work.

Wow you were pretty lucky. Heal up fast. Congratulations on your baby, nice head of hair there! My dad had 5 girls and as he says "People used to asked me if I ever missed having any boys. Once these kids were teenagers, I had more boys around then I could handle."

You've been blessed twice--you and your daughter have emerged from your accident unschated, and you've welcomed a precious little soul into your family. Best wishes to all!!!
