Folks, reposting the ads does exactly what Chris asked us not to do. Spiders crawling the forum see those. They do not see the ads. They see the software running the ads. Not all ads will be seen by all forum members since it can be based on a number of things. I've dealt with adware in the past and their algorithms can be pretty sophisticated not only looking at what content is on the page but also what cookies you have on your machine. Not all companies do that but some do. The end result is, as I said, not all forum members will see the same ads because it can be based on your past browsing history of other sites and or changes in key words as others post on here.

It depends on whether you have cookies enabled or denied as well as what key words are currently on the screen. I used one company that I'm not sure they used any algorithms you just signed up for the companies you wanted displayed and that's what showed up. However, it got to the point it was getting pretty danged complex having to bid on specific key words against other web owners, which determined what ads appeared and how much you earned off the ad. It even makes a difference whether the ad is just displayed or someone clicks on it. And before anyone gets any ideas of helping Chris by just clicking on a bunch of ads don't do it. They watch that very closely and will ban the web owner if they even have a hint that someone is trying to drive up the click through count artificially.

If you've got a better than 49.9% chance of being male, then the better than 49.9% chance you'll want to play men only games with scantily dressed women is sufficient. If beyond that they have a better than even chance of supposing you play games, and are male, then that's just good business.
And they are trying harder, since such staggering amounts of money has been thrown into internet advertising, and the retuns have been much lower than anticipated.
