Not any more. Mexico now has that distinction.

Just think of us as a camel with a hump in the front. We're somewhat like Timex. We can take a beating and keep on eating.

I'm back. I had to go get a sandwich. 12 minutes in a row? Of course not. You want I should starve?

If you're going to watch your weight, perhaps go on a diet, here is a good way to do it and eat nutritious and proper foods.
One doesn't have to eat merely bean sprouts and alfalfa tops to enjoy dieting.

Did I miss something here? B, if Seniorman's suggestion meets with your dietary approval, I'm in!
1 lb. of sausage
a big lump of bacon fat
1/2 cup of white flour
1 quart of milk
and spices/seasonings
over white flour biscuits
Where do I sign up for that diet?

Let's share healthy meal suggestions!
We went out for a quick bite for dinner this past Friday. I chose to eat healthy! Notice how I incorporated fresh local produce, like tomatoes, summer squash, zucchini, and onions into my selection. I added an ear of local sweet corn WITH VERY LITTLE BUTTER AND NO SALT, a small side of pasta with tomato sauce topped with a sprinkle of a very light parmesan cheese, and an itty bitty stuffed lobster tail, including ALL FOOD GROUPS, for my amazingly tasty powerhouse dinner!
I took a pic. Here it is!

Then there's some poor schmuck like Jim Fix that tries to do the right thing and dies of a heart attack at 52. It's all about genetics.....and bacon. Proof positive.

Thank you. That just validated my conviction that the skillet-fried steak tips and thick slab bacon I fixed up for dinner on Monday was healthy. Actually, it was nothing more than a modified version of my chicken liver recipe - simply substitute steak tips for the chicken livers. Of course, being the health-freak that I am, I added a side of homemade veggie rice to complete the meal.

Oh yeah...one of them great, fall back, go-to stories. SO many, on both sides.
Genetics plays a big part, the way luck plays a big part, but do you want to push it?
Some people like to gamble and don't care if their life depends on it. I kinda like to draw the line right about there. How crazy is that?!![]()
Food for thought (a short trailer...but the documentary is truly compelling):

I agree B. Eating healthy is not painful all you have to do is have the right attitude. Our desire for good health helps to keep the right foods going down the gullet.
It's all the the preparation and seasoning. Go back, and look at all the amazing vegetarian stuff girlscout has served up!
