Best way to test your new body armor?

I'm actually looking at two Level III vests..... one like the one on the link you posted and then another Level III inserts for my tactical vest (ceramics). The reason I want two is because I work in some pretty hairy places (Bogota, Colombia and Sao Paulo, Brazil for example) that would require the professional discreet look then the other for when SHTF and the family is rolling in kill mode. My company will pay for one of them so I won't really be spending a lot of money.
