Thread: Polyester golf shirt

  1. #1

    Default Polyester golf shirt

I have been amazed. I guess a polyester shirt can take anything and still look like a fresh shirt. The wifey doesn't like for me to talk about this poly shirt but, how could you not. This thing can take two days of wearing and wadding any narry a wrinkle. Another lucky find.

If you had one of these in your BOB and needed to blend in, this would do it. It could stay packed and wrinkle free. No iron needed.

It's nice to know you can be the most rugged man in the bush and still look good, too.

You're right about that. Never know who you'll meet in the bush.

While you're at it, make sure and pack a clip-on tie and a pocket protector for your polyester shirt. Finish the whole look with a Members Only jacket, and you'll be ready for any SHTF.

LOL x2. I knew you couldn't resist responding to this. Like a moth to the light.
Actually, I'm looking for my white belt.

So, how many polyesters, do you have to kill and skin, to have enough to make a 2x shirt? (I'm a big boy.)

Second question......where can I find a good polyester hunting spot?

Poly & Ester are not in as high demand as they used to be, so you won't have any trouble locating them at any food court, Sam's club or midnight madness sales. For more ideas, just watch Here Comes Honey Boo Boo. (at least you're in the right neck of the woods )

It's best to find their den. That way you'll be able to bag enough for most applications.

I'm not sure which part of that picture is more disturbing. The fact that all the stuffed toys are looking at you, or all those bottles of lotion.

    That's just creepy.

I had a polyester hong back in the 70's. I remember going to the show to see Saturday Night Fever wearing my poly hong and my white Mickey Mouse boots. Man, I was stylin' back in the day.

If that caught fire you'd look like a hot dog that had been vacuum packed.
