Ive carried around cliff bars all over the place for about 2 years now, they have cliff "builders" bars which have about 50 more calories per serving , 20g of protein and and pack more vitamins in some areas than the cliff bars, I don't remember specifics but I recall the cliff bars were marked at 30% vitamin c, whereas the cliff builders bars were at 100%. and the builders bars come in chocolate mint.
I'm not sure of the lifespan of the cliff bars as they never seem to last more than 2-3 months, I had a cliff builders bar stay lost in the bottom of my backpack for about 6 months and it was still perfectly fine though. cliff builders and regular cliff bars come in enough different flavors that unless that is all you are eating its pretty hard to get burned out on them.
Only thing I can think of that would be better for you is making your own bars , ive considered this but with what id want to put into it I think the price would be awfully steep.
