Default Trip to Croatia (some pics)

I was hiking in Croatia, and I just want to share some pics with you.

Those are some great pics. Looks like some good weather, too. Do you know if the water level is unusually high or are those water plants that can survive in that kind of flow? Thanks for posting.

As far as I know they are special water plants, but I am sure you will find detailed information about them here: http://www.np-plitvicka-jezera.hr/en/
And about the plants exactly: http://www.np-plitvicka-jezera.hr/en...d=31&Itemid=46

There were even trees emerging from the water.
The weather was very good with sunshine.
We walked about 9 hours there around the lakes, used the ship service on the biggest lake.
    It was a great trip.

More pics from my little cam. The water was incredibly light blue and clear. Magnificent view!

Lovely pics, that last one looks like an underwater sink hole.

The water is at least 6-8m deep there and you can see the bottom.

    Beautiful country.
I had a compass, but without a map, it's just a cool toy to show you where oceans and ice are.

A last one, the Big Waterfall, it was really high and loud:

While Chris can set the number of attachments per post I don't think he has done so. That's usually to conserve bandwidth and he's always been very generous on bandwidth. He wouldn't have allowed video if he were concerned about that. If you are encountering an error then let us know what the error says. Given the size of the pics my guess is the last picture you tried to post was too large. But that's just a guess without knowing the error.

When I use the Upload Manager at the Albums section of my profile it says:1.80 MB of 4.77 MB Used

I think the last image that I tried to upload was too large. I have to find an external host and link the picture URLs from there.

BTW I will share some more pics soon, stay tuned. (If my mobile broadband USB stick allows it...)

If I remember correctly - you are limited to the total amount of attachments. When I first signed up I was posting attachments for my pictures and one day got a message letting me know that I had reached my limit. That's when I started using Photbucket to post my pictures. I have since exceeded the limits for a free account (it took quite a few pictures to do that) and have upgraded to a paid account.

Thank you, the Bucket or Flickr will be okay for me, I guess.
I'm planning to deploy an own (virtual) server, but that's storage is not quite big.

Okay. My apologies. I didn't realize you were uploading out of the album. I though you were uploading off your PC. I should have known better since nothing was in thumbnail.
