Well I really did try to figure it out on my own, but after many internet searches, I gave up. If you search for " hong" on the internet, you get all kinds of stuff on Hong Kong! So I thought, maybe this is a super secret survival thing that I have just never heard of. I now realize that it is important to survival to not know the hong, what it is, or anything about it for that matter!
You know we could use that picture to initiate new members. We could send them a PM with that picture welcoming them to the forum, and if they survive that, they are worthy of being a member............whadyathink?

Well all I can say now is that I am sincerely sorry my survival brothers and sisters. But I have paid in earnest for asking this question! After beeing up most of the night chugging Pepto Bismol, having hongmares and waking up screaming, I now know for sure that asking this question was a grave mistake and not to be taken lightly.
This thread should either be deleted, or made a sticky with a large red warning attached from the surgeon general so no other innocent members will ask this most heinous question ever again! Thanks Tres, I am glad that I am not the only one this has happened to! You know, misery loves company. I really do think that the hong pic should be used to initiate all new members. One of us should send a PM, with that picture attached to every new member that registers, and if they survive that, they should be able to survive anything
