Default Chicago Auto Show (Pic Heavy, avoid if your on dial-up)

Thought i'd share some pics of my trip to the Chicago Auto Show, if anybody goes to Chicago and notices the citizens are now wearing camo hats, and a large portion of their outfits are made from denim, it's just cause I had such an influence on there style....

I love the amount of design put into these vehicles, hopefully someday I will be working on new automotive innovations going into these high end vehicles. Thanks for coming along!

    Loving the 2 trucks.
I had a compass, but without a map, it's just a cool toy to show you where oceans and ice are.

Have to say that I have not really been interested in any 'cars' for a long time.....more into trucks, tractors, and real estate .
BUT gotta say that the Cadillac CTS-V got my attention.

Local dealer had one in his show room, maroon 4 -door, that will top 200 mph......How's that for a sleeper?..... Grandpa's gonna suck your doors right off!....and look good doing it....a WTF was THAT moment.

Guy working there wanted to know if I wanted to take it out for a test drive......Didn't feel like losing my DL that day....but was tempting, real tempting.....

I'm not a car guy anymore either. I buy one and drive it forever. Love to go to the shows, though.

A couple of years ago a salesman tried to impress me by telling me a car would run 160 MPH. "Yeah, and where can I drive that fast?" If he had said you can get a 160 mpg, now that would have impressed me.
