    Default What The?

Hey There. I Have Two Questions Maybe Someone Here Can Answer. First, I See These PVC Poles With Holes Drilled In Them Buried In The Ground. What Are They??? And What Are These Structures? They Are Stainless Steel, And Have Nothing On Them To Suggest Radio Or Any Thing Of The Like???

Something that would suggest size might help.

PVC pipes with regular holes drilled in them buried in the ground sideways are drain tiles.
    Upright? No idea.
    Photo. No idea.

Around here we have them that are used as drains for fields. Generally orange in color so they can be spotted from the tractor. They drain lower portions of the field and connect to underground drain tile that is installed with a vibrating plow. A really big vibrating plow. I don't know about the metal thingie in the picture though.

On the PVC - Diameter of the pipe? Depth that it is buried (if you know)? Are the drilled holes both above and below ground?

On the panel - do you have a wider shot to show how it is mounted? A shot of the back?

It's a reflector dish used to control overhead drones, has ground monitoring equipment for chemical trails, is a billboard to be used as a future site of a FEMA death camp AND can be used to reflect EMPs. The Army calls it a PDU (Paranoia Device, Universal).

Rick is entirely correct. The PDU is installed about a mile from the real operation to draw attention form the installation of the "good stuff".

In our area the range is usually a mile but in Navada it is limited only by the curvature of the earth. Thay are usually placed on the opposite side of the road from the actual installation so you will be thoroughly distracted and looking at the PDU as you fly by at 80mph rather than gazing at the other side of the road out to the horizon.

They often go unnoticed, even in heavily populated areas and are most effective as we grow older, due to longer attention span. We gaze at them for unlimited streches of time, to the point that entire shopping centers can be built without our notice. This is the reason one can often go down the road and spot a new building on their regular route that they never noticed before. This is followed by the phrase, "When the he!! did they build that?"

The Pipes Are Just Held In Place By Rock Piles. Like A Marker Of Some Sort, But I See Them All Over. I'll Get Pics Next Time Out. This Is The Structure Behind The Panel

It almost looks like an unfinished solar panel.

Ah,......... I think it's a solar mirror panel as part of a mass deployment, all pointed at a collector in orbit.
