    Default WOW......I am Rich and Good looking, Whoopee

    Well........We just got the early results of the Government Land Sale in Hope, Alaska. They sold 22 tracks of land, on January 15'th in a blizzard. Two tracks have completed the sale and recording process. $76,000.00 Per Acre........not per track, PER ACRE. Did I say WOW........WOW. That is raw land, with road access & electric.

    Looks like a good spot for a contractor...
    I had a compass, but without a map, it's just a cool toy to show you where oceans and ice are.
