Hey, I thought the 25" range was for M60s.

This is Joe's Combat Survival Marksmanship School.

I'll bet they are wondering why they are hitting low too! What's that range, about 10 feet?

Why has everyone decided "investing" is now safe when historically, Vegas pays a better return.

$1,000,000 is not so much money that in todays' world one could not put the entire sum into secure estate and goods that would increase in value. I know several people that have more then a mill in their home/hobby farm and another half mill in their vehicles.
If you didn't bring jerky what did I just eat?

First I'm thinking 30 -50 acres of land. Then the Monolithic Dome of my dreams (earth bermed of course with a southern exposure). 4 earth bermed green houses. 2 or 3 trucking containers burried in a hill side as my root cellars. A good sized Kubota tractor with all the accessories. 2 ATVs and an ATV trailer. 2 water caches with 4,000 gallon + capacity of storage (in ground) Then the rest for stocking the spread with plants/trees and critters.
    I know what hunts you.

Pay off my home and my hunting partner's home. Set some aside for both my kid's school (one wants to be a teacher, the other a writer). Pay off some bills. After that, I should be able to live off my retirement (and do it right this time). I may keep working for a few more years. I am really enjoying my job at the moment. Even if I have to travel a ways to get there.

Sounds like my goals in the 1980's, did give up on the dome, and went with a log cabin instead...........Very worthy goals.

Pay off my house and 2 vehicles which is about $100K, then buy some land and build a modest 1500 sq ft home with garage and shop. Then invest the rest. I wouldn't give any to my parents or brother because they don't deserve it.
