I'm still working on it.
There is no greater solitude than that of the Tracker in the forest, unless perhaps it's that of the wolf in the wilderness.
Would any of you consider traveling the Great Lakes?

Water's cold, no distinct prevailing winds (that I could find) if weather comes up - no shelter- probably not.
Under these wet conditions, do you stay put for a while sense your feeling like you're getting a cold.

This isn't southern Lake Erie it's northern Lake Michigan.

I'd hit the lakes, quicker mode of travel south.

Trudging it out in wetlands if it gets cold is gonna hurt you, a raft in the lakes is quicker travel, stop to build fires as you go steadily heading south.

Yes, PGV but you asked about using the Great Lakes. That would put you in northern Lake Michigan. Take to the water and you'll die of hypothermia.

Well out there you don't have your handy dandy map Rick you were dropped off, I'm going by where he said we were and what we had, not hunting it up on the web.
