    Some people might consider laying off the hatorade once in a awhile; it's giving them a false sense of moral high ground, and apparently doesn't make them any happier.

    Wow, you had to show them your drivers licences and CCW to buy a rifle and walk out. I recently bought a hand gun and just showed them my DL and walked out.

    2. If you can't reach your kit when you need it....Its useless.

    Same here. Don't need to show my CCW to buy a long gun. They sure do have some draconian laws in some places.

    Even in good ol' MA you only have to show your drivers license for a long gun or black powder.
    The trouble happens when you try to by AMMO for them.

    Edit. Sorry. Long gun does require at least an FID. Black powder, no.

    You don't need to show it here either if you go through the regular process for clearance. In KY if you have a CCW you do not have to clear the computer or have it called in. You pay and walk out. The CCW shows you are preapproved.

    I'm not whining.
    I have a foid card and five guns. Illinois is currently trying to ovethrow the no ccw laws, already passed one hurdle. Guests can not see images in the messages. Please register in the forum.
    I was so depressed last night thinking about the economy, wars, jobs, my savings, Social Security, retirement funds, etc., I called the Suicide Hotline.
