Convience Store Robbery
Many people are not self reliant anymore. While some robbers will use bladed weapons such as knives, axes or machetes.
Many other robbers rely on modern guns to hold up stores.
The art of using a stick to rob others goes back to even before man left the trees and walked upright. Its use predates the stone age and is used by many primates around the world still today.
But, for man it is a lost art. Until now, I can only hope that more robbers will revive our primitive ways. Unfortunately darwinizm will eventually kill off this truly unique breed.

In the state of Florida you can not just shoot someone that is attempting to strike you with an impact weapon. Unless you suffer serious bodily harm or at danger of losing consciousness. If the are trying to rob you they are committing a forcible felony and you may dispatch them using your modern firearm. Though I think the clerk would have been better off if he knew what we mean when we say, "drop the hammer on him!"
