Default So What did Santa Bring You?

Weeeeell, Santa was really good to me this year!
I received some Longlife Camping lantern candles(thanks Max!)
    Some new gardening tools.
    A new coldframe
    A coldframe/greenhouse heater.
And Finally.........A KINDLE!!! Woohoo!(it's charging now)

So what did everyone else get?

This may sound silly, but the thing that I'm most excited about is a toaster oven. (It's the one thing, that I really asked for.)

I'm looking forward to toasting sammich's, with out having to use the big oven. I wonder if I can do roast and stuff like that, in it. I cook smaller stuff, cuz I just cook for two. (Sometimes just for me. LOL)

No presents from Santa this year, but later today We're going to take this harness thing off and I'm going to take a shower. I am soooooo looking forward to that - and imagine that Mrs. Crash is too. Sometimes its the smaller things in life that bring us happiness.

I got my present yesterday: for a good fifteen minutes, I was able to watch a wolf out on the lake
Unfortunately, my howling is still terrible - it made him sit down and probably wonder what on earth I was saying, but he didn't howl back. Very handsome animal, dark gey-brownish with a lot of light-coloured markings on his throat, legs, belly and underside of his tail.

Not seeing anything under the tree I went out to check the roof. There were some big boot prints leading up to chimney and what appeared to be a note hanging from the side. I carefully climbed up to check almost falling in the process only to realize it was just a few pieces of used toilet paper. wawawawa!

My gift will be spending time with family and friends.

I got to watch my granddaughter open gifts. Way too many gifts. This is her second Christmas. But, the first that she knew what was going on. Her and my daughter were going to Europe. But, the bad weather in England made my daughter change her mind.

I got a spare battery for my camera

    An inversion table

Our kids bought us a new 1080P big screen TV (I guess our living room TV was too old for them).

Clothes, coffee cup with my GD pictures on it.

Oh, and a subscription to Dave Canterbury's magazine "Self Reliance Illustrated".

A t-shirt that reads "This is what a really cool grandpa looks like!"

Having the granddaughter with us was the best present and gave us all smiles to spare!

I don't know what gift could be better than watching Christmas spark magic for young children. I love thinking back over the holidays when my family was together.

Santa did not bring me much, but I am home and have a job. Don't really want a whole lot more than that.

Oops, I almost forgot. My MIL did buy us a nice, big, flat screen TV. Kids sure enjoy it for their video games.

T shirts, underwear and cologne. And last night and this morning spent watching the faces of the kids opening presents and the look of awe and wonder on their faces
